The trainee accountant will manage their own portfolio of clients with the guidance of a manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Monthly accounting
- Management reporting
- SARS calculations
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Independent reviews
- Internal controls and procedures

Office Coordinator duties would include:
- Assistance with company secretarial duties
- Assistance with tax-admin duties
- Assistance with drafting of templates, guides and policies
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
- Support meeting and conferencing needs
- Marketing
- Provide adhoc training.
- Adhoc duties as required.
HR Administration Clerk duties would include:
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed.
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
- Addressing any employment relations issues, such as work complaints and harassment allegations.
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Overseeing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, and performing reference checks.
- Payroll
- HR related admin.
- Adhoc duties as required.
